Permanent Jewellery FAQ

Permanent jewellery is a bracelet, anklet or necklace custom-fitted to you and welded closed in our studio, creating a seamless, clasp-free piece designed for everyday wear.

Most appointments take around 15–30 minutes, depending on your selection and whether you’re adding charms.

We offer sterling silver, gold-filled and solid gold options, allowing you to choose the finish that suits your style and budget.

We recommend it for older teens and adults. Clients under 15 must attend with a parent or guardian or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Yes. Our chains are designed for everyday wear, including showering and swimming. As with all jewellery, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and excessive pulling.

Yes. It can be safely removed by cutting the small welded jump ring. We can re-weld it later if the chain is returned intact.

Permanent jewellery is fitted and tested before you leave. If breakage occurs within the first 3 months and the chain is returned, we will repair it free of charge once. After 3 months, repairs are available for a $27.50 service fee. Lost chains cannot be replaced.

Yes. You can personalise your piece with selected charms or connectors during your appointment.

Absolutely. Permanent jewellery is perfect for friendships, birthdays and special occasions. Group bookings are welcome.
