Yes. There’s no charge to sit down, explore options and see what’s possible. You only commit when you’re genuinely comfortable.

Not at all. You can select from our range of ready-to-set designs, choose from semi-set styles where the centre stone is added to suit you, or we can create something completely custom from the ground up. It really depends on how involved you’d like the process to be.

Absolutely. The right balance of setting style, stone size and metal choice makes a huge difference. We design smart - not flashy for the sake of it.

Once the design direction is settled and we move ahead, I’ll give you a clear timeframe based on what’s currently in production. If you’re working toward a proposal date, just let me know early.

Yes. Once you’re happy with the direction, a deposit secures your order and allows us to begin sourcing stones or preparing your chosen setting.

That’s very common. There are a few discreet ways to estimate it, and resizing after the proposal is often possible if needed.

In many cases, yes. Bring it in, and we’ll assess whether it’s suitable and talk through the best way to incorporate it safely.

You can, but you don’t have to. Some couples choose to plan both together so everything sits perfectly from the start. Others come back closer to the wedding. And if your engagement ring was purchased elsewhere, we’re still happy to create a custom band to suit it - from plain and classic to textured or engraved styles.

We’re careful about where our materials come from. Our diamonds are sourced through established Australian and international suppliers who follow responsible and ethical trade standards, and all are supplied in line with the Kimberley Process.

Where possible, recycled metals are used, and we’re also happy to reuse existing gold for custom pieces. While full traceability in the global gemstone trade can be complex, we work only with suppliers we trust and who operate through transparent, above-board channels. Every stone is personally inspected before setting, and each ring is quality checked in our Tamworth studio before it leaves us.
