Ideal for birthdays, hen’s nights, bridal celebrations and intimate gatherings, each guest selects their chain in sterling silver, gold-filled or solid gold and is custom-fitted on the evening.

 

A booking fee secures your date and dedicated time allocation. For private events, this fee is fully redeemable once combined jewellery purchases reach $660 (Up to 10 Guests) or $990 (11–15 Guests).

 

Jewellery pieces are selected and paid individually during the event. Availability is limited to Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, with a minimum of three days’ notice required.

Event bookings are structured by group size, with options available for small private gatherings through to larger celebrations. Minimum booking requirements may apply depending on location.

Yes. A mobile event service fee applies to cover travel, setup and equipment transport. This fee is confirmed at the time of booking based on your event location.

Our mobile permanent jewellery experience covers Tamworth and surrounding regions, including the New England and Upper Hunter Valley. If your location falls outside these areas, please contact us to discuss availability and travel arrangements.

Guests can choose from sterling silver, gold-filled and selected solid gold chains, all professionally fitted and welded on-site.

For private bookings, event duration depends on guest numbers and whether all guests are receiving a piece. Most private events run between 1–2 hours, allowing time for personalised fitting and welding for each guest.

For public or community events, such as festivals or markets, our setup operates for the scheduled duration of the event.

We require a stable table for our welding station, access to a standard power outlet and sufficient space for guests to be seated comfortably. A secondary table for chain and charm display is ideal, though we can supply this if needed.

The setup area should be sheltered, well-lit and positioned on stable flooring. We’ll confirm all venue requirements prior to your event to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Yes. Each guest selects their preferred chain style and is custom-measured for a precise fit.

Permanent jewellery can be safely removed if required. Re-welding may be available in-studio, subject to conditions.
