New Jewellery Collection Reward Event - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Jewels of St Leon New Jewellery Collection Reward Event.

1. Promotional Period
The New Jewellery Collection Reward Event commences on Saturday, 15 August 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on Monday, 31 August 2026.
Purchases made before or after the promotional period are not eligible for the Reward Event.
2. How to Qualify
To qualify, a customer must purchase a minimum of $500 of eligible New Jewellery Collection items in a single transaction during the promotional period.
For each qualifying transaction, the customer will receive Jewels of St Leon Store Credit equal to 10% of the eligible purchase value, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Only products identified by Jewels of St Leon as eligible New Jewellery Collection items at the time of purchase qualify.
Qualifying items can be viewed in our New Release Collection.
Products outside the eligible New Jewellery Collection do not contribute towards the $500 minimum qualifying spend and do not earn Store Credit.
Additional products may be added to the New Jewellery Collection during the promotional period. Eligibility is determined by whether a product is included in the New Release Collection and identified as eligible for the Reward Event at the time of purchase.
3. Multiple Qualifying Purchases
Customers may earn Store Credit from multiple qualifying transactions during the promotional period.
Each transaction must independently meet the minimum eligible spend of $500. Separate transactions below $500 cannot be combined to reach the minimum qualifying spend.
Each individual customer may earn a maximum cumulative total of $1,000 in Store Credit through the New Jewellery Collection Reward Event.
Where a qualifying transaction would cause a customer's cumulative Reward Event Store Credit to exceed $1,000, only the amount required to bring their total Reward Event Store Credit to $1,000 will be issued.
Once a customer has earned the maximum $1,000 Store Credit, no further Store Credit can be earned by that customer through this Reward Event.
Jewels of St Leon may use customer account and contact information to identify transactions belonging to the same individual customer for the purpose of administering the $1,000 promotional limit.
4. Calculation of Store Credit
Reward Event Store Credit is calculated at 10% of the eligible amount actually paid for qualifying New Jewellery Collection items.
The qualifying amount is calculated after deducting any previously issued promotional Store Credit used towards the eligible items.
The remaining eligible amount must be at least $500 in that transaction for Store Credit to be earned.
Shipping charges and non-eligible products do not contribute towards the qualifying spend and do not earn Store Credit.
Store Credit is calculated to the nearest cent.
All qualifying purchase amounts are based on GST-inclusive prices.
5. Gift Cards and Existing Store Credit
The purchase of a Jewels of St Leon Gift Card does not qualify for the Reward Event and does not contribute towards the $500 minimum qualifying spend.
A previously purchased Jewels of St Leon Gift Card may be used as a method of payment when purchasing eligible New Jewellery Collection items. Payment made using a purchased Gift Card will be treated as payment towards the eligible purchase value.
Previously issued promotional Store Credit may also be used towards a purchase containing eligible New Jewellery Collection items.
Where promotional Store Credit is used, the amount of promotional Store Credit applied to the eligible items will be deducted from the eligible purchase value before determining whether the $500 minimum qualifying spend has been reached and before calculating any new Reward Event Store Credit.
6. Introductory and Members' Discounts
The New Jewellery Collection Reward Event cannot be combined with the Jewels of St Leon 7% Introductory Discount or the Jewels of St Leon Members' 10% Discount on the same transaction.
Where either of these discounts is applied to a transaction, that transaction will not qualify to earn Store Credit through the Reward Event.
Customers eligible for either discount may choose to use their applicable discount or participate in the New Jewellery Collection Reward Event, provided the eligibility requirements of their chosen offer are met.
Other promotional offers may affect eligibility where specifically stated in the conditions of that promotion.
7. When Store Credit Is Issued
Reward Event Store Credit is not issued immediately when an order is placed.
A qualifying order must first be accepted and dispatched by Jewels of St Leon before Reward Event Store Credit will be issued.
Store Credit may take up to 10 days from the date of dispatch to be issued.
Orders that are cancelled before being accepted and dispatched by Jewels of St Leon will not earn Store Credit.
Customers will be advised of the amount and expiry of their Reward Event Store Credit when it is issued.
8. Store Credit Expiry
Store Credit earned through the New Jewellery Collection Reward Event is valid for three months from the date on which the Store Credit is issued.
The three-month validity period begins on the date the Store Credit is issued, not the date of the qualifying purchase.
The applicable expiry date will be provided when the Store Credit is issued.
Any unused Reward Event Store Credit remaining after its expiry date will expire and will no longer be available for use.
9. Using Reward Event Store Credit
Store Credit earned through the Reward Event is intended for use towards a future purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively to the transaction from which it was earned.
Reward Event Store Credit:

is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash;

is non-transferable; and
-
is subject to the expiry provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions.
Reward Event Store Credit may be used towards future purchases in accordance with the normal operation of Jewels of St Leon Store Credit.
10. Order Cancellations
If a qualifying order is cancelled before it has been accepted and dispatched by Jewels of St Leon, no Reward Event Store Credit will be earned or issued.
Where an order is cancelled or refunded after Reward Event Store Credit has been issued, the Store Credit associated with the affected purchase may be cancelled or adjusted as applicable.
11. Returns
Participation in the New Jewellery Collection Reward Event does not create or extend any right to return a product.
Returns remain subject to the Jewels of St Leon Returns Policy and any rights or remedies available to the customer under Australian Consumer Law.
Where Jewels of St Leon agrees to accept a return of an item purchased as part of a qualifying Reward Event transaction, the value of Reward Event Store Credit earned in relation to that purchase will be taken into account when determining the Store Credit issued for the accepted return.
Where the Reward Event Store Credit remains unused and available, Jewels of St Leon may cancel or adjust the relevant promotional Store Credit.
Where the Reward Event Store Credit has already been used or cannot otherwise be cancelled, the Store Credit issued for the accepted return will be reduced by the value of the Reward Event Store Credit attributable to the returned purchase.
For example, where a customer purchases an eligible item for $1,000 and receives $100 Reward Event Store Credit, an accepted return may result in $900 Store Credit being issued for the return where the $100 Reward Event Store Credit has already been used or cannot otherwise be cancelled.
Where only part of a qualifying transaction is returned, the Reward Event will be recalculated based on the eligible products retained by the customer.
If the retained eligible purchase value falls below the $500 minimum qualifying spend, the original transaction will no longer qualify for the Reward Event and the Store Credit earned from that transaction may be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.
Nothing in these promotional Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to a customer under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Shipping
Shipping charges, including Express or other upgraded delivery charges, do not contribute towards the $500 minimum qualifying spend and do not earn Store Credit.
Any free standard delivery available under Jewels of St Leon's usual shipping terms remains unaffected by the Reward Event.
13. Payment Methods
Eligible New Jewellery Collection items may be purchased using payment methods accepted by Jewels of St Leon.
Payment using a previously purchased Jewels of St Leon Gift Card is permitted and is treated as payment towards the eligible purchase value.
The use of previously issued promotional Store Credit is subject to the calculation provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions.
14. General Conditions
The New Jewellery Collection Reward Event is available on qualifying purchases made through the Jewels of St Leon online store and at the Jewels of St Leon Studio during the promotional period.
Jewels of St Leon reserves the right to verify the eligibility of a transaction before issuing Reward Event Store Credit and to correct genuine errors in the calculation or issue of Store Credit.
Jewels of St Leon reserves the right to withhold, cancel or adjust Reward Event Store Credit where it reasonably determines that a transaction does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, including attempts to circumvent the $1,000 customer limit through multiple customer accounts, email addresses or other contact details.
Eligibility is determined by whether an item is identified by Jewels of St Leon as eligible for the New Jewellery Collection Reward Event at the time of purchase.
The Reward Event is subject to product availability.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
